Following the retirement of longstanding Chairman Chen Zeng, the company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Sui (Sam) Chen as Executive Chairman of CITIC Pacific Mining Management Pty Ltd.

Mr Sui was most recently the Vice President of CITIC Pacific, in Hong Kong.

A graduate of Renmin University in China and Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance, Mr Sui has previously held senior leadership positions with CITIC Metal, South Manganese Investment Limited and CITIC Titanium. He has extensive experience across industrial investment, capital operation and enterprise management.

Statement from CPM Executive Chairman Sui Chen:
